Returns for a Refund:
Because all items are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for a refund unless an error has been made on our end.

- You must contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
- You must provide an image of the garment laying on a flat surface, with the design and error showing, and include any supporting information as to what the error was.
- Please contact us to start the process.
Exchanges:
Please note, we can not accept returns or exchanges on orders that use a promo code or were discounted at time of checkout. All sales are final on discounted items.
- All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed original condition
- You must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date to start the process.
- All items must be returned to us (received) within 14 days of delivery date
- You must include the original invoice or order number inside the return package
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping + paying the new shipping costs we incur for your sending out your replacement item.
- Refunds will not be given, exchanges only.

Cancellations
As all products are printed to order, we can only accept cancellations that are made within 1 hour of placing your order.
