Cancellations: As all products are printed to order, we can only accept cancellations that are made within 1 hour of placing your order.
Mistake on our end:
We strive to provide quality apparel and to get things right the first time around! However, occasionally mistakes may be made on our end. If this is the case, we will be happy to refund or replace your item at no cost to you. Please see below to start the process:
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the original delivery date.
- In the Subject Line Write: Order # and Brief Description of Issue
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line RETURN REQUEST. In the email body, state the reason for your return and your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit).
- The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless an error occurred on our part).
- All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and original condition.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Include the original invoice or packing slip with your order number in the package.
- Returns are not accepted for orders using a promo code or during sales of 15% off or more.
- Orders over $100 or with more than 5 items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns won't be accepted; please seek approval first. Unapproved items will be donated to charity.
