Returns for a Refund:
Because all items are printed to order, we are only able to accept returns for a refund on items that arrive damaged, or are misprinted. 

If your item meets these qualifications, please see below. Otherwise, please see our exchange policy.

We strive to provide quality apparel and to get things right the first time around! We are human, however, and occasionally mistakes may be made on our end. If this is the case, we will be happy to refund or replace your item at no cost to you. Please see below to start the process: 
  • Please contact us at within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • In the Subject Line Write: Order # and Brief Description of Issue
  • In the email, please provide an image of the garment laying on a flat surface, with the design and error showing, and include any supporting information as to what the error was.

        Please review the size chart in the listing before ordering a product in order to determine the best fit prior to ordering.  We do accept exchanges.  Please contact us at to start the exchange process.

        • All items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery date
        • You must include the original invoice or order number inside the return package.
        • Refunds will not be given, exchanges only.
        • You are responsible for shipping the items back to us at your own cost. 
        • You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping for the new item(s).

          As all products are printed to order, we can only accept cancellations that are made within 1 hour of placing your order.
