Returns for a Refund:
Because all items are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for a refund unless an error has been made on our end.

We strive to provide quality apparel and to get things right the first time around! We are human, however, and occasionally mistakes may be made on our end. If this is the case, we will be happy to refund or replace your item at no cost to you. Please see below to start the process: 
  • You must contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
  • You must provide an image of the garment laying on a flat surface, with the design and error showing, and include any supporting information as to what the error was.
  • Please contact us to start the process. 

        Exchanges: 
        Please note, we can not accept returns or exchanges on orders that use a promo code or were discounted at time of checkout. All sales are final on discounted items. 

        • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed original condition
        • You must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date to start the process.
        • All items must be returned to us (received) within 14 days of delivery date
        • You must include the original invoice or order number inside the return package
        • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping + paying the new shipping costs we incur for your sending out your replacement item. 
        • Refunds will not be given, exchanges only.

          Cancellations 

          As all products are printed to order, we can only accept cancellations that are made within 1 hour of placing your order.
